Business Continuity Backup communication

Provides backup data connection between the remote site (s) and the headquarters of the customer on a totally independent platform, in order to ensure “business continuity” operations (i.e. traffic automatically routed to VSAT network in case of a failure in the primary link, and switches back once it recovers).

Benefits

• Independency from terrestrial networks makes VSAT an ideal backup communication for ensuring real business continuity
• VSAT communication not affected by problems disturbing terrestrial infrastructure (e.g. outage in terrestrial networks due to damaged cables during road construction, environmental disasters, etc, do not influence VSAT communication)
