In order to continuously check the quality of the services provided by it, and to maintain the quality level, Hungaro DigiTel Ltd. introduced the ISO quality control system in 2001.
With its introduction, the company deliberately focuses on quality, on struggling for quality performance in each area of the company’s activities, and is committed to consequent achievement of the goals set in the quality policy.
After the first award of the ISO 9001:2001 certificate in 2001, with the mandatory re-audits – by meeting all requirements of the ISO standard(s) –, Hungaro DigiTel Ltd. has been repeatedly awarded with the certification of its ISO 9001:2009 quality control system in 2004, in 2007 and in 2010 proving also this way the constant quality level of its services.
